The World at War campaign is split into two parts: the Soviet campaign and the American campaign. MW2019 had the best campaign, and best mission design out of all of them. Close second would be Black Ops Cold War. Voltec89_ • 1 yr. ago. I chose Infinite Warfare as the best campaign among these listed, even if the game was not really good, but the campaign was fantastic in my opinion, I enjoyed every mission.
